This policy explains what personal data Unificar processes, why, and what rights you have over it. It applies to www.unificar.pro and to the Unificar application.
Who is responsible
Unificar is a product operated by propiedades.cr. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to leads@unificar.pro.
What we collect
Account data you give us when you register (name, email address, team name, and an encrypted password). Data you enter into the CRM about your own clients and deals. Basic technical data generated by using the service, such as access and error logs.
What we use it for
To provide the service and maintain your account, to send you operational notifications about your CRM activity, to give you support when you ask for it, and to keep the system secure and intact.
Your clients' data
The information you load about your clients is yours. Unificar processes it on your behalf to provide the service and does not sell it or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service, such as cloud hosting and email and text message delivery, and only to the extent needed to provide it. Also where a legal obligation applies.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it under a legal obligation.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or an exportable copy of your personal data by writing to leads@unificar.pro. We will respond within the periods required by applicable law.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to remember your language preference and keep you signed in to the application. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
